SUCCESS STORIES

Naika is a graduate of Irvington High School and completed the YTTW program in 2025. Passionately working 20+ hours a week at a nursing home, She is excited to be a part of a dynamic learning environment at such a young age. After finishing her first year at Essex County Community college as a pre-nursing major, Naika's next steps are to continue gaining experience and grow professionally in the healthcare field.
