Luis Lebron-Flores

Luis Lebron-Flores is a 2021 Youth Transitions to Work (YTTW) Certified Nursing Assistant graduate apprentice... After successfully completing the YTTW Program, he joined the Training Fund’s team as Program Coordinator for the Pre-Apprenticeship in Career Education (PACE) Program. 

Luis started work as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center and found his passion in working with people. Initially started as a tutor, Luis has been able to use all of his past experience to provide a safe and informative experience for all pre-apprentices. In 2024 Luis completed his term as an Apprentice Trailblazer from the Apprentice Trailblazer Initiative under the New Jersey Department of Labor.
