Camila Ospina

Camila Ospina is a 2024 Youth Transitions to Work (YTTW) Physical Therapy Aide graduate apprentice... After successfully completing the YTTW Program, she joined the Training Fund’s team initially as an intern and tutor, and now serves as the Assistant Program Coordinator for the Pre-Apprenticeship in Career Education (PACE) Program. In this role, Camila manages a wide range of administrative duties while actively supporting classroom activities.

By working closely with the Program Coordinator, she focuses on providing pre-apprentices with the hands-on guidance and resources needed to successfully earn their certifications, become career-ready, and secure meaningful employment opportunities in the healthcare field.

She is currently attending Essex County College, where she is pursuing a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Camila plans to further expand her expertise and advance her career in the physical therapy world through continued higher education and professional growth.
